Description

The infamous Rent A Tent 6m x 3m Party Package is designed to have everything you need to wow your guests and create the perfect intimate party atmosphere. Suitable for up to 20 people this is our most popular party package to date.

We have 2 main packages available but if you have an alternative setup that you would prefer please do get in contact with us and we would be more than happy to adjust the package to your requirements.

You can add additional items to enhance your event such as projector and screen, Chairs, Tables or Garden Furniture.

We deliver throughout Northern Ireland including Belfast, Lisburn, Carryduff, Hillsborough, Newtonabbey, Dromore, Saintfield and beyond.

Dimensions & Suitability

  • Gazebo Frame Size: 3m x 6m
  • Adjustable height 190 – 220cm
  • Folded dimensions - 1.60 x 0.57 x 0.34m, 64kg
  • A 1m of space is required surrounding the gazebo for weights and ratcheting for security.
  • Can be erected on grass / hard surfaces.

How many people will this package fit?

Although this depends on how the furniture is laid out in the gazebo, we would recommend that this gazebo fits around 20/25 people max.

Do you set everything up for us?

Yes! We take care of everything from delivery and collection to the complete setup of the package.

How Do I Book?

Delivery, Setup & Collection

At Rent A Tent NI, we strive to make the hire process as seamless as possible.

We offer delivery, setup, and takedown services throughout Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Hillsborough, and Newtownards.

Delivery and collection charges are based on the event location and the size of your order. These costs will be clearly outlined in your quote.

Please note that furniture only hires may incur a fee if you would like us to setup the furniture for you.

Is A Deposit Required?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be detailed in your quote and is a percentage of the total hire cost. (*Typically 10%)

A booking is not secured without a deposit payment.

Will your team set up the marquee and furniture?

Yes, our professional team takes care of the complete setup and dismantling of all marquees and hired equipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

For furniture only hires, if you require us to setup and dismantle a fee may be applied.

Can I hire furniture without a marquee?

Yes, you can hire furniture independently of our marquee services. Whether you’re hosting an indoor event or require additional seating, we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that there may be a setup and takedown fee for furniture only hires.
