Our 3m x 3m Gazebo Hire is perfect for creating sheltered space in our unpredictable weather and can be used all year round. This option is for the Gazebo only so you can decorate it to your own personal requirements.
Perfect for:

- Corporate Events
These can also be used as a great addition to our Marquees or Bell Tents as a dedicated bar, smoking area or reception. You can also add on additional extras to this package such as flooring, heaters, chairs, or speaker.
Due to the Gazebos versatility these can be erected on both grass and hard surfaces. These can be joined together to creater larger structures or you can simply pick a larger Gazebo or Marquee if you need additional space.
All of our tents are completely waterproof and come with surrounding walls as standard.

Delivery, Setup & Collection
At Rent A Tent NI, we strive to make the hire process as seamless as possible.
We offer delivery, setup, and takedown services throughout Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Hillsborough, and Newtownards.
Delivery and collection charges are based on the event location and the size of your order. These costs will be clearly outlined in your quote.
Please note that furniture only hires may incur a fee if you would like us to setup the furniture for you.

Is A Deposit Required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be detailed in your quote and is a percentage of the total hire cost. (*Typically 10%)
A booking is not secured without a deposit payment.
Will your team set up the marquee and furniture?
Yes, our professional team takes care of the complete setup and dismantling of all marquees and hired equipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.
For furniture only hires, if you require us to setup and dismantle a fee may be applied.
Can I hire furniture without a marquee?
Yes, you can hire furniture independently of our marquee services. Whether you’re hosting an indoor event or require additional seating, we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that there may be a setup and takedown fee for furniture only hires.
