Our bar hire service includes the rental of a professional bar unit for your event, creating the perfect space for guests to enjoy drinks in style. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or private party, our bar unit is designed to suit various occasions.

To compliment your bar setup, we also offer Beer Pump Hire. Our beer pumps are ideal for serving draft beer/ cider or stout at your event.

Does the bar come with alcohol?

The bar hire only includes the bar unit itself and does not include any alcohol. You will need to supply your own drinks or arrange with a supplier for alcohol.

Do you supply beer pumps?

Yes, we offer beer pump hire as an additional service to compliment our bar hire.

Please note that we do not supply the kegs; we provide the beer pumps only.

You will need to supply your own kegs for the beer pumps.

How Do I Book?

Delivery, Setup & Collection

At Rent A Tent NI, we strive to make the hire process as seamless as possible.

We offer delivery, setup, and takedown services throughout Northern Ireland, including Belfast, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Hillsborough, and Newtownards.

Delivery and collection charges are based on the event location and the size of your order. These costs will be clearly outlined in your quote.

Please note that furniture only hires may incur a fee if you would like us to setup the furniture for you.

Is A Deposit Required?

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. The amount will be detailed in your quote and is a percentage of the total hire cost. (*Typically 10%)

A booking is not secured without a deposit payment.

Will your team set up the marquee and furniture?

Yes, our professional team takes care of the complete setup and dismantling of all marquees and hired equipment, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

For furniture only hires, if you require us to setup and dismantle a fee may be applied.

Can I hire furniture without a marquee?

Yes, you can hire furniture independently of our marquee services. Whether you’re hosting an indoor event or require additional seating, we’ll be happy to assist.

Please note that there may be a setup and takedown fee for furniture only hires.
